If you are an attending degree student at Aalto University, it is possible for you to complete some Aalto University Open University summer courses for free of charge during summer 2025 Summer studies | Aalto University. There is a limited amount of free places for some of the Open University summer courses. Course registration to summer courses is done normally in Sisu. Please make sure that the course can be included in your degree. For courses that continues in August, you have to enroll for at least autumn term 2025. If you are unsure, please contact your School’s learning services before registering.

Kamppailetko mielen pulmien ja kuormituksen kanssa? Pohditko, miten vahvistaa uskoa itseen, mielen joustavuutta ja luottamusta tulevaan? Kaipaatko keinoja siihen, mistä löytää toivoa vastoinkäymisissä ja uskoa siihen, että elämä kantaa?
Tule mukaan Nyyti ry:n järjestämään Toivo mielessä -vertaisryhmään. Ryhmässä käsitellään mieltä askarruttavia ja arkea kuormittavia asioita, sekä niihin liittyviä ajatuksia ja tunteita. Samalla pyritään löytämään toimivia keinoja jaksamisen ja toiveikkuuden lisäämiseksi. Kantavia teemoja ryhmässä ovat itsetuntemus, voimavarat sekä mielen joustavuus.
Ryhmä on tarkoitettu kaikille kuormitusta, stressiä ja mielenterveysoireita kokeville korkeakouluopiskelijoille. Ryhmään voi osallistua matalalla kynnyksellä, eikä osallistuminen edellytä diagnoosia, lähetettä, traumaa tai kriisiä – halu keskustella riittää. Olet tervetullut ryhmään juuri sellaisena kuin olet!
Ryhmä järjestetään 4.6. – 9.7.2025 ja ohjaajana toimii Nyytin työntekijä. Ryhmätapaamiset pidetään Zoomissa keskiviikkoisin klo 17 – 19. Ryhmää ohjaa Nyytin työntekijä.
