Data Guild is proud to be (one of) the most diverse guilds in Aalto. We are lucky to have students from all around the world and for that, we celebrate our diversity in everything we do. The ceremonial release of Julkku 21.4.
The moment we have all been waiting for is finally here. On Thursday, 21st of April, the Julkku will be ceremonially released! The A-Hall will be filled with a bubbly atmosphere, Julkku sellers, and an entertaining show. Laughs will be guaranteed!
This absolutely brilliant event will begin somewhat, if not precisely, at 6 pm with a cocktail party that is only for Julkku sellers. Other than Julkku sellers, the doors will be open at 7 pm. When the show is over, the distribution of Julkku magazines will start at the Sales Centre!

Wappu Exchange 28.4.
It’s time to party, when the bus full of Otaniemi students goes to Hervanta on 28.4. to check Tampere wappu happenings. The day is full of priceless moments you don’t want to miss! The bus leaves from Otaniemi at 9am and returns home around 4am. Only 60 fastest will get their places on the bus, so act fast!

Grow and Innovate this summer with Aalto ITP
Are you looking for something to do during this summer, and missing a minor? If so, join Information Technology Program (ITP) at Aalto University, where students come together from different study backgrounds and nationalities to work in a student team on a summer long project for a client company. The minor is suitable for both bachelor’s and master’s students, as long as you have at least 60 credits completed by the time you apply.
On top of the business project, students get to choose a specialization track from three options: digital marketing and analytics, IT business models and information economy, and strategic service design. These courses will support your business project, combining into a 24-credit minor.
Of course ITP is not only about interesting studies and project work experience, we also put together fun events for our students during the summer. Find more information and the application here! Apply by April 22nd, 16:00.
Information on applying via flexible study right agreement (JOO) can be found from this link. Essentially, when applying for ITP, you also need to ask your home university for endorsement that you can join the minor program.

Product Design Gala 2022
What: Product Design Gala 2022

The 25th anniversary gala of the PDP course will take place on the 13th of May from 9:00 to 17:00 Helsinki time at Aalto Design Factory. It is organized on site at Betonimiehenkuja 5C and is open to everyone who is interested in seeing what the best product development students of the world has created during their 9-month PDP journey. All teams will be showing their results at their stands in a fair like manner. In addition to this being the 25th anniversary the course also celebrates the completion of the 300th project.
The gala is the perfect occasion to get familiar with the PDP course. Briefly, PDP is a product development course open to all Aalto master students. During the course multidisciplinary teams work together to solve a problem that a company partner provides. What makes PDP unique is that all teams have a 10 000-euro budget that they can freely use for the realization of their ideas. For more information visit www.pdp.fi.
